On behalf of Susan and myself, I would like to thank you for the tremendous job you did in the construction of our new home. The quality and workmanship is excellent and we are extremely pleased with the total experience.

Our initial plan, for our return to London from the United States, was to purchase a resale home where we could see exactly what we were getting. However, after meeting with you and discussing new home construction, we had enough confidence to trust that you would build a custom home without us being present during construction. You were very helpful in incorporating our ideas into the final design. Our confidence increased during the building phase when changes were discussed, agreed to and then implemented while we were 3000 miles away. We appreciate Milena's assistance and knowledge in helping Susan with carpet, flooring, painting and lighting selections. I think I will always remember the day they picked out all the fixtures in the two hours before our return flight was to leave. The best part was that the choices where excellent and very close to our lighting allowance.

The house was completed and ready for us when we arrived in London two days before closing. There were very few items requiring attention on our walk through tour at closing and these completed quickly and satisfactorily. Since we took possession, all service requests were handled professionally and effectively.

Our relationship with you continues to be enjoyable and positive and we are very much enjoying our Harasym Developments home. We will and have confidently recommended you to other potential new home buyers.

Dear Mike and Milena,

We are writing to express our thanks to Harasym Developments for the timely completion of our new home. Designing a custom home was a formidable yet exciting project. Mike, Milena, and the Harasym team where instrumental in this process.

From the time construction was initiated, Mike was available to discuss any of our concerns and answer questions. The construction technique, the building materials, and the sub-trades employed were all first rate. Mike's frequent site visits gave us confidence that all was going according to plan. Milena provided excellent consultation for the coordination of the interior decor.

The house was 100% completed, on the day of closing and met with our enthusiastic approval. Once we took possession, the follow up service ensured our continued satisfaction was exceptional.

In summary, our experience of working with Mike and Milena was very enjoyable. They are both personable and extremely professional. We have, and will continue to recommend Harasym Developments to our family and friends.

Building a new home rather than purchasing a re-sale would appear to us to be the ultimate dream. Working with you, Mike, and later getting to know Milena, made the experience both satisfying and exciting. Although we thought we had done our homework there was so much to learn, or at least so much that we wanted to learn. You allowed and encouraged us to be a major part of the process and we greatly appreciated that. Your patience was also appreciated as we added, deleted and changed the plans as we learned more. After four years in our "new" home there still isn't much we would have done differently. I believe that's a credit to the guidance you provided. The quality of the product you produced for us continues to be exceptional.

Brenda and I had so much fun building our new house that we would not only do it again, but we would be pleased to build with you.

Hi Milena,

I viewed your new Sunningdale Model Home this past Sunday.

I must compliment you on the wonderful interior design and finish. London is usually such a traditional oak and floral type of home market, a one-upmanship in conservatism. When a builder steps out of that mould, it is really worth noting, and congratulating you on that decisive move away from the wealth, mundane style that proliferates most of London's new upscale home building - A BOLD MOVE.

The use of the natural birch doors, light interior colours, the use of stainless steel, and nickel finishes and halogen lighting, all pull together a clean, sleek and functional look for today.

Best wishes for your success in moving homes of this style... Homes with the panache of today's living.
