I viewed your new Sunningdale Model Home this past Sunday.

I must compliment you on the wonderful interior design and finish. London is usually such a traditional oak and floral type of home market, a one-upmanship in conservatism. When a builder steps out of that mould, it is really worth noting, and congratulating you on that decisive move away from the wealth, mundane style that proliferates most of London's new upscale home building - A BOLD MOVE.

The use of the natural birch doors, light interior colours, the use of stainless steel, and nickel finishes and halogen lighting, all pull together a clean, sleek and functional look for today.

Mike and Milena,

Building a new home rather than purchasing a re-sale would appear to us to be the ultimate dream. Working with you, Mike, and later getting to know Milena, made the experience both satisfying and exciting. Although we thought we had done our homework there was so much to learn, or at least so much that we wanted to learn. You allowed and encouraged us to be a major part of the process and we greatly appreciated that. Your patience was also appreciated as we added, deleted and changed the plans
as we learned more. After four years in our "new" home there still isn't much we would have done differently. I believe that's
a credit to the guidance you provided. The quality of the product you produced for us continues to be exceptional.

Brenda and I had so much fun building our new house that we would not only do it again, but we would be pleased to
build with you.
